Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses across Australia, including metropolitan, regional and rural areas. No matter where you are, we've got you covered.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on every order - no minimum spend, no exceptions. The price you see is the price you pay.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can follow your delivery at any time by visiting the Track Your Order page on our website. We recommend checking there first for the most up-to-date information on your shipment.

Didn't Receive Your Order?

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or anyone at your address who may have accepted the parcel
  2. Check any safe drop locations around your property
  3. Contact your local carrier with your tracking number

If you're still unable to locate your order after taking these steps, please contact us at hello@noma-home.com and we'll investigate right away.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Noma Home is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@noma-home.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
