Refund policy
At Noma Home, we want you to love what you've brought into your home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In its original condition — unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To begin the process, simply email us at hello@noma-home.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. Our team will assess your request and come back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
Please do not send any item back without first hearing from us — returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@noma-home.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and its condition
- A brief description of the issue
Once we've reviewed your case, we'll offer you the choice of a full refund or a free replacement — whichever you prefer. We cover all return shipping costs in these situations.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your item back. You will not incur any shipping costs for approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned without their original packaging or tags
- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product, the simplest approach is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. This ensures you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email of the outcome within 2 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, please contact us at hello@noma-home.com and we'll look into it right away.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our return policy works alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor fault, we may repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
